Clos Maire is a blend of Trousseau and Pinot Noir from 80 year-old vines. It's packed with lively red fruit and on the palate shows great freshness and vivacity. There's some structure, but perfectly in balance with bright acidity and very fine tannins. An outstanding example of how Jura reds can walk a narrow line between density and lift.
