This is 100% Pinot Noir from Grand Curoulet, some of their oldest plantings averaging 80+ years-old. It shows intense mineral depth with pretty red fruit that soars from the glass. There is structure and freshness, with great acidity and just a kiss of tannins. It's a Pinot that can age, although there's nice tension and intensity that makes it incredibly enjoyable early on.
