Chemins de L'Arkose 2024 Pied du Mur White

The 2024 Arkose "Pied du Mur" is 100% Chardonnay Muscaté grown in basalt soils on the Puy de Mur volcano at Dallet. 24 hour maceration, certified organic.  Pale gold color, extraordinary fresh aromas, lime flower, lemon oil, dried pear, fresh herbs. Lemony muscat and yellow fruits on the palate, round but bright and refreshing, with saline acidity in the finish. Serve quite cool with salads, fried fish, fruit desserts...unusual and delicious!
