100% Grignolino from Edoardo Imarisio, La di Vin Provvidenthia, Monferrato, Piedmont Italy. 

Whole grape maceration, 10 days. 40% put into old barrels for 1 year, then re-assembled back with the tank juice. It wasn't ready to bottle when I moved cellars so I brought it with mo... "Babo" is the Italian measure for alcohol per part water. "Babbo" is a misspelling and happens to mean dad in Italian. Babbo disco because of Italo disco being great (it's a musical genre). Father disco is maybe a bit gross... Bottled May 2024, Released November 2024. Certified organic. No SO2. 14.5% (but drinks easy, promise!)

Christmas in a glass and the same forest undergrowth as a vermouth. Resinous.
