Cosmic Vinyaters 2023 Constel.lacio

A light red from young vines in the Agullana vineyard grown organically on sandy granite soils. A blend of all Garnachas (red, gris, and blanc) + all Carignans (red, gris, and blanc) + a little Moscatell Alexandria. Hand harvested, destemmed. 30% carbonic maceration, 60% skin maceration for 5 days, 10% crushed with the feet and macerated for 12 days. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and aged for 4 months on the lees. Tech info from Chase at ZRS wines // This is barely a red wine, more like a savory rosé. What does it really matter? It's pure and delicious, ethereal, fresh and lively. A delightful wine!  -EL
