A small production wine from 30 plus year old vines in Brochon, just north of Gevrey-Chambertin. The soils here are clay and limestone. 2016 was the first vintage for this wine.
All grapes are hand harvested and sorted in the vineyard as well as in the winery where up to 10% of the crop may be rejected. Traditional vinification with native yeasts in open vat fermentation. They use about 10-20% stem inclusion. The wine is aged 10-15% new French barriques.
