Made from young vines within the AOC of Gevrey-Chambertin on clay and limestone soils. All grapes are hand harvested and sorted in the vineyard as well as in the winery where up to 10% of the crop may be rejected. Traditional vinification with native yeasts in open vat fermentation. They use about 10-20% stem inclusion. The wine is aged 10-15% new French barriques.
