A blend from Deree, Champerrier (planted in 1919), Petit Jouise, and Clos de Combe.
All grapes are hand harvested and sorted in the vineyard as well as in the winery where up to 10% of the crop may be rejected. Traditional vinification with native yeasts in open vat fermentation. They use about 10-20% stem inclusion. The wine is aged 10-15% new French barriques.
