90% Chenin and 10% Chardonnay, with the Chardonnay harvested slightly earlier than the Chenin. Grapes were pressed slowly as whole bunches, the must racked the following day and the juce left to ferment for two weeks to a month, remaining on their lees for several months before blending. It's a fresh and easy white, great for the summer and an outstanding value!
