Blended Rosé of 100% Pinot Noir Grapes. 10% vinified as Red Wine and 90% as Blanc de Noir. Indigenous yeast fermentation in 70% stainless steel tanks and 30% in barrel. Malolactic fermentation and cooling of the wines is always carried out naturally. The wines are aged on their lees until bottling in March 27th 2023. Disgorged in March 2025, no dosage, no added SO2. Full of pretty high toned fruit with red florals.
