Bichery 2022 Champagne Les Terres Mêlées Brut Nature (Arrives 8/18)

100% Pinot Noir from three different parcels: Les Mees, Val Ligé and La Fontaine du Noyer and Val Cureaux. The wine is spontaneously fermented in a mixture of oak barrels (40%) and stainless steel (60%). Malolactic fermentation and cooling of the wines is always carried out naturally. The wines are aged on their lees until bottling, on March 27th 2023. Disgorged in March 2025, 0g/l dosage, no added SO2. The wine is pretty but with great power and structure, it has great energy and a nice salty finish.
