Bichery 2022 Champagne La Source Brut Nature (Arrives 8/18)

A blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Meunier aged in 40% Stainless steel and 60% used barrels. Sourced from the domaine's 10 plots. Malolactic fermentation and cooling of the wines is always carried out naturally. The wines are aged on their lees until bottling, on March 27th 2023. Disgorged in March 2025, 0g/l dosage, no added SO2. This wine is loaded for complexity, notes of brioche with a bit of lemon and bright red berries. It is vibrant with nice structure and is simply really tasty!
