Rapet 2022 Bourgogne Aligoté

"Our Aligoté produces a very pale gold white wine with green highlights, it opens when shaken on superb aromas of white flowers and cut hay. We can feel slightly mineral aromas on the nose. The attack is charming on the palate, offering immediate pleasure. "It will bring out a Burgundy snail from its shell" to sit down at the table (??) Our Aligoté accompanies cold meats, salad, seafood, andouillettes. It can also be enjoyed as an aperitif with golden gougères or drunk with blackcurrant to obtain the famous kir." - Domaine Rapet. Not sure about the snail, but this racy Aligotè is from high up on the back side of the Corton hill, a great terroir for a vibrant wine.
