Cady 2023 Pet Nat Bio (Chenin Blanc)

The delicious Cady Pet Nat Bio is 100% Chenin Blanc, picked by hand into small crates and fermented with wild yeasts. Fermentation is finished in the bottle, making this light and lovely sparkling wine. Pale gold color with fine bubbles, the nose is fruity and fresh with floral notes with flavors of white flowers and white and yellow fruits. "This expression of the pétillant naturel style has a fresh and elegant nose filled with bright fruits, dusted with notes of powdered chalk, orange peel and freesia. There is a similarly perfumed palate, developing a touch of rose petal and redcurrant here, with bright acidity and a fresh mousse.
