This delicious, light red comes from a "hippie commune" in Piedmont! Truly, it's a community run agricultural and cultural project, with livestock, grazing animals, practicing polyculture and epitomizing the principals of Biodynamics. A blend of Barbera, Dolcetto, Croatina, and Cortese, it begs for a chill and is great with salty foods, charcuterie, and most definitely anything on the grill on a hot day this Summer! There's great acidity, crunchy red and black fruit flavors, and very subtle tannins. All of that for under $20 - time to stock up!
