This is all Pinot Gris macerated for 15 days, giving it a deep salmon color akin to a light red or dark rosé. It is aged 8 months, one third in barrique and two thirds in foudre. It's a juicy and zippy orange wine, with electric acid and broad texture. The finish is clean and precise, with a streak of minerality that goes alongside the peachy fruit and subtle floral notes nicely.
