Beguet, Patrice 2022 Les Vins de L'Ame Ours VDF Go Together Blanc

Though we generally like some Jura grapes in our negoce wines from Jura producers, the "Go Together" Blanc 2022 was so impressive that we made sure to stock some, even though it's entirely from southern French fruit. Sourced from Claude Ughetto in the Var, north of Bandol and Provence, this is a blend of 50% Grenache Blanc, 25% Vermentino, and 25% Viognier. Half of the grapes went through direct press, with 10% seeing a long maceration of 6 months in used oak barrels, and 40% of the fruit macerated for 5 weeks in Acacia barrels.
