Abracadabra 2024 Rotas

This is perhaps the archetype of a deliciuos, thirst quenching "chillable red." It's very light on its feet (though still feels like wine at 12% abv), crunchy and juicy. Highly recommended for any warm weather day in the future! -EL

100% Cinsault grown by Gérald Oustric (le Mazel), Valvigners, Ardèche - Label is painted so each bottle is unique. 

Notes from winemaker Hannah Fuellenkemper: Foot-crushed, maceration 8 days. Never racked. The cool (climate) little sister of Le Mazel’s “Paulou 2024”. Tight and (rasp)berry-bright. Dusty spices and the Cinsault florality but in a “red” way (plums? Currents) — not “the aqueux” way (which tastes pink). Nervy, snappy, fresh with mineral finish. A tongue dancer: just saying it as it is!
