Notes from winemaker Hannah Fuellenkemper: A blend of 50/50 Carignan and Bourboulenc from Remi Poujol (Les Temps Fait Tout, L'Herault). 10 day maceration of Carignan (whole grapes) infused in direct press Bourboulenc. A 'fresh wine from the south.' Good acidity. Light and bright with stalk structure and metallic raspberries.
