Schwarzriesling (Pinot Meunier) planted on shell limestone soils that are 30+ years old. The grapes are direct pressed—long enough to lend just a hint of color—then bottled with 9 g/l of residual sugar to complete fermentation in the bottle. Gently disgorged by hand the following spring. Incredibly aromatic, and full of ripe, juicy fruit! A really playful, delicious pet-nat!
