Velvet is the name and the personality of this wine, a blend of primarily Syrah with some Cinsault. Some whole clusters are used, but this is all in all a fairly rich red, with tannins and dark, earthy fruit. 

Direct press of Grenache Blanc, aged in stainless steel. Light-medium on the palate with notes of fresh herbs and balancing acidity.
