From the Winemaker: "In the SWANA region, the crescent moon, or hilal in Arabic, symbolizes rebirth and new beginnings. As we mark the start of our 10th vintage, this wine is a reminder that we too are always in the process of renewal. The wine is a blend of 75% Riesling and 25% Cayuga White, both macerated whole-cluster for two weeks before beign pressed to neutral barrels, it reflects both tradition and transformation." This is a deeper gold in the glass, with vibrant aromatics that blend fruity and savory elements. There's texture and some structure, with great acidity and a long finish. A delicious and exciting orange wine that evolves with each sip!
