This blend of Noiret and Riesling was hand harvested and co-fermented for 4 weeks before being pressed into neutral French oak barrels. Noiret has a distinctive black pepper note, similar to cool climate Syrah, so the addition of the lifted Riesling was a nod to some of our favorite Northern Rhone Style Wines. It shows great lift with peppery spice and high toned acidity. Another unique wine that will challenge your pre-conceived notions about hybrids.
