90% Nerello Mascalese; 10% Nerello Cappuccio from two very old vineyards - 90 + 70 yrs old on the Northern slopes of mt. Etna. Spontaneously fermented on skins in qvevri seperated by vineyard, blended and aged further in qvevri before bottling. Bottled unfined and unfiltered and with 20ppm so2 at bottling. -Coeur Wine
