"Montcrochet" is a delicious new Cheverny Blanc from Herve Villemade, from 3 terroirs - sand/flint, clay/flint silex, and silt. A subtle and very delicious blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Rose, Menu Pineau and Chardonnay. Lovely wine, showed beautifully at a previous tasting.
