Graceful Godello. Veronica works the full scale of this slope, and this wine comes from specifically the sandy soils of the mid-slope, roughly 500 meters above sea level. The wine spends 11 months in a combination of 250L and 1000L used French oak casks. Lemon confit and white flowers shine on the nose and continue onto the palate, ultimately revealing a delicious, mineral finish.
