Unterlind 2021 Mosel Riesling Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr Kabinett (Arrives 10/20)

From Importer Revolution: Grey and blue slate soils on a 70-75% gradient. Sheltered on its sides by rock formations that give Sonnenuhr its own microclimate, Unterlind’s single plot — in the “Sang” section, on the vineyard’s eastern edge — was planted by Heiner’s grandfather roughly 60 years ago.

Incredibly minerality with bright citrus notes and ripe orchard fruit. Layers of complexity with lovely balance of acidity.
