Turenne 2025 IGP des Maures Rose Aubregades

Domaine Turenne makes a tiny quantity of this 100% Grenache rosé - it's a taste of "old Provence" says winemaker Philippe Bénézet, with a long 2.5 month maceration and aging in barrique, giving a deep color and more complex aromas and flavors than a normal rosé. Stylistically this is similar to wines from Domaine L'Angore or the Tavel "Tete de Cuvée" from Chateau de Manissy. From Grenache grown on hillsides of schiste and granit giving a more prnounce mineral character to the wine.
