Weingut Thörle is a 16th century estate (1517) in the village of Saulheim within the Rheinhessen. Organically farmed and CE certified since 2022. The wine is aged French 225L oak barrels for 18 months (33% new). Deep flavors of morello cherries, wild berries, and fine wood spices. This wine has a long finish with an elegant edge.
