This is 100% Roussanne from the Brézème hillside, direct-pressed and fermented in barrels where it remains on their lees until bottling. There is no racking or stirring during aging. Yields in 2024 were tiny but the resulting wine is gorgeous, with some savory complexity on the nose, great texture and nice brightness that adds lift and energy. It's a serious wine that is built for the dinner table, and should develop more layers as it continues to evolve in bottle.
