This is mostly old-vine Cinsault along with about 25% Grenache, both planted on granitic soils in Saint-Julien-en-Saint-Alban. The grapes see a short maceration and aging in concrete. It shows beautiful bright cherry fruit and a deep mineral component, juicy and crunchy but still elegantly textured and in great balance.
