A lovely blend of 50% Roter Veltliner, 25% Riesling, 20% Chardonnay, and 5% Muskateller that is bottled at the end of fermentation to finish fermenting in the bottle. It has a really pleasant soft bubble with excellent aromatics. Notes of apple, peach, and a touch of florals provide a truly beautiful notes. When tasting this I just kept going back for more, it will very well become your next favorite summertime bubbly!
