Organically farmed Aligote Dore from Ige in the Maconnais. The grapes are from a single-parcel on east-facing slope with marl and calcaire soil. Aged 7 months in stainless steel. This wine is full of lovely golden fruit like yellow apple and lemon. It has amazing energy that feels joyous with a great long, textural finish. Great as an apertif or alongside seafood.
