Singley & Lyso 2024 Mosel Riesling Klein Pause Trocken

'Klein Pause' translates to short break and is a reminder to stop and smell the flowers, something that grows wild in the vineyard the grapes come from: Zeller Kreuzlay. From 30-year old vines, the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation and is aged for 18 months in neutral barrels, bottled unfined and unfiltered. This is a soft and subtle Riesling with florals, citrus zest, and almost an herbaceous quality. Its beautifully in balance and provides a unique but wildly apporachable Riesling.
