This wine has been aging under flor for 7 years in a 1,200 liter barrel. Jules begged kai to start bottling this wine so the compromise was to bottle half and move the remainder into a 600L barrel to continue aging. Its an ethereal wine, unlike anything I have ever had before. Incredible depth with layers of complexity. It clocks in at just 9% abv but is beautifully balanced. This is a special, singular wine.
