50 year old vines on limestone parcels in and around Ingelheim. This wine has incredible purity. Full of minerality, citrus zest and a slight smokey touch. It has a nice body to it with a lasting texture. This is perfect food wine for when you don't know exactly what you want to have, but also perfect to quench thirst on its own.
