100% Pinot Meunier from sand soils over clay and limestones. Les Echaudees is a 0.45 hectare plot in the village of Celles-les-Conde. A beautiful, very textural Champagne. Theres a nice blend of citrus with ripe red fruits and an underlying minerality.
