From a vineyard located in southern Aloxe, on deep clay soils with vine age averaging about 65 years old. Manual harvested then a long pneumatic press. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are spontaneous and made in neutral 500 liter barrels. Aged for 10 months on the lees. There is an incredible aroma of florals, with orchard fruit. This is a very classic representation of the grape and is incredibly refreshing and easy drinking!
