This is 100% Gamay from the estate vineyard, planted on the east side of Cayuga Lake. It shows great freshness, with lifted aromatics of rose petal, brambly raspberry, balsam wood, and licorice that give way to an energetic palate driven by bright acidity and fine tannin. Wild red fruit carries through the mid-palate before tapering into a savory, herbal finish. Enjoy with a slight chill!
