Made from purchased fruit from a friend in the Rheinhessen. Fermented and aged on its own gross and fine lees in oak for 11 months and stainless steel for 6 months before being bottled with minimal SO2. There are beautiful notes of grapfruit and lime zest with a touch of white florals. It is a really pretty representation of Sauvignon Blanc with great energy and a long, textured finish.
