A blend of Muller-Thurgau, Riesling, and Weissburgunder from his own grapes as well as purchased fruit from a friend in the Rheinhessen. The wine is fermented and aged on tis gross and fine liees in mainly stainless-steel tanks for 17 months and then bottled with minimal SO2. Notes of slightly underipe peach, red apple, and white florals. The wine is smooth with nice acidity and drinks quite fresh and elegant.
