A little joue de mot (play on words), the Butte "O" is a relatively new cuvee from Piuze, from a parcel that is just next to the famed Premier Cru Butteaux vineyard. Considering this is literally a bike path away from 1er Cru Butteaux, this is something of an inside secret, and a steal for the price. 2024 was hyper limited to do frost and other challenges in the vineyards, so these may be the only bottles we get!
