A blend of Riesling, Sauvitage, Souvignier Gris, and Calardis Blanc from 2022 and 2023. Foot stomped in the bins and then macerated for 2-3 days, then pressed and fermented in barrel. The wine is full of flavor! It's very pretty, with orchard fruit and floral notes.
