This is an incredible Chardonnay from Phelan Farm's vineyard in SLO Coast. Just a hint of reduction on the nose, it's very much in an old-world style with subtle fruit, beautiful tension and intense minerality. This is a wine you could age ten years, but it's delicious now with some air alongside seafood or chicken dishes.
