Presenting "Colette" Chateau Peybonhomme-les-Tour's new light red/orange wine, a blend of 38% Cabernet Franc, 31% Sauvignon Blanc and 31% Semillon, 100% unique and delicious! Harvested by hand in small baskets, then the red grapes macerate and ferment with wild yeasts in the white grape juice, followed by aging in large ceramic "eggs." Minimal SO2 is used in order to preserve the bright color and freshness. Served quite cool, it will be the life of the party! And it's Biodynamic!!
