Perrin, Celine 2024 Ladoix 1er Cru "Les Joyeuses

Domaine Celine Perrin has been farming organically since 2003 with Ecocert certification since 2008. This excellent parcel is a continuation of the Corton hill, adjacent to the Corton 1er Crus. Their influence in the premier cru site in Ladoix brings us the delightful 2024 bottling “Les Joyeuses.” Showing a dazzling ruby color this wine is highly aromatic, emerging from the glass with a nose full of red fruits, minerality and classic pinot forest floor. The palate is precise and balanced, evoking tart strawberry juxtaposed with a stoney minerality and hearty earthy qualities. While the wine is delicate and balanced the structure is substantial, drinking well now it will hold nicely in your cellar for celebrations down the road. - KG
