A traditional Gorizia blend of Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia, and Friuliano. Quite soft and approachable orange wine, not the intense bold tannic style that can come from long macerations. Here the Paraschos family is macerating for just a couple days, creating a wine of soft citrus, candied ginger and elderflower. Skin contact whites in Friuli are traditional, not a passing trend.
