Nathan K 2025 Finger Lakes Dry Riesling

The fruit for this cuvée is sourced from three vineyards on Seneca Lake. The vines range from 20-40 years old in age. Naturally fermented in a combination of neutral French oak and stainless steel. The wines are then aged on the gross lees until bottling the following summer. The 2025 is chiseled with a great balance of freshness and structure. Outstanding now, it could age another few years and continue to develop, though it works nicely now alongside typical Riesling fare--Chinese, fried foods, or fresh seafood would all play well.
