From the Finca A Graña in Sanxenxo, a single plot of 15-35 year old vines on shallow sand soils planted over a distinctive granodiorite bedrock. Aged mostly in a used chestnut barrel, 9 months on lees with weekly battonage for the first 3 months. This wine showed the most forward acidity, which is really saying something in this lineup. The wine shows very pretty notes of lemon citrus, rock candy and florals, which could evolve nicely with short-medium term cellaring.
