A Grana comes from a single, north-east facing vineyard on granite soils. Whole-cluster and wild yeast fermented in chestnut barrels, as well as stainless steel tank, this wine sees lees contact for just under 1 year. Always relatively rich for an albarino, this may ultimately be the top pick to pair with a classic paella, and a few years of ageing in bottle wouldn't hurt either!
